I only call/raise here against a aggressive player. Against an unknown or against a player with a note such as the one you gave him, I think his range has you pretty far behind. And, you don't have enough chips to mine for a set.

I think this is a pretty easy fold, and once this level starts on stars, raising pre to 800 is fine, since the play tightens up/u don't lose any FE...even from LP.
