Re: 2-4 blind battle w/ flush draw
Like Remp said, either leave yourself enough behind to make the river bet useful (it usually is a formality as played), or raise full pot on the turn.

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] in my experience once they call the turn here, they are just never folding [/ QUOTE ] Once he calls the turn, he is probably calling the river getting 3 to 1. What is your image? [/ QUOTE ] I would guess I have a very aggressive image. But that cuts both ways -- I could definitely be bluffing, but I could also be value-betting pretty thin. [/ QUOTE ] most people don't look at it that way though, they just think "he bluffs a lot I call". |

Re: 2-4 blind battle w/ flush draw
I've only played a few hundred hands with that guy but I don't see him calling the turn thinking he is behind without a hand like 9TJQ. If I was going to take this line I'd raise to 130ish on the turn so the river bet is more effective.

Re: 2-4 blind battle w/ flush draw
Don't like it. I'd put him on on boat that isn't folding once he calls the turn. I don't see how he can lead-call on a paired board and then fold the river.
and that guy didn't strike me as a gambling call station either. -g |
