Default heads up blew flop, I was trapping the turn and now i feel trapped....

Villain runs at 40/22 pretty aggressive;
preflop i should have raised more.
flop i think i should have bet folded, and gotten it all-in on the turn if i got there.

Once I didn't raise the flop i see no value in raising the turn; as for river when he overbets in my experience this is a king a high % of the time. Is it still a call? Given the fact that it is headsup shouldn't i lean to call?
