Default JJ in SB vs the ol CO limp reraise

Villian is 40/7/5 over 500 hands, and i hate him. (may factor into your reads) I have been raising a little liberally out of my BB vs his limp, but not out of line, dont know if he knows that. Basically how far can i go with this hand, and whats teh soonest i can get rid of it?

Not sure the best way to do that in a way ahead way behind spot, know what i mean?
Maybe a river bet is in order. But if he is bluffing, i see him carrying through with it on the river.

if you flat-call the flop, the rest is ok.
fwiw often when fish limp in LP then get raised from the blinds for the zillionth time, they'll make a tiny 3-bet with ATC to try and get you back...so i'm not folding here.
