this should be of concern to affiliates, and could be foreshadowing of neteller as a future pay processor....

I keep my bankroll spread over 2-3 sites and use Neteller only to transfer from one site to another, never keeping money for a long time on Neteller.
If/when my bankroll becomes significant, I plan to do these transfers in steps: Transfer a small amount (say max. 10% of my bankroll) from site A to Neteller, and transfer that small amount from Neteller to site B. Then repeat until I have transfered the desired amount. Is this safe enough?
