Lets make this an official thread on how to connect to ps in a library or hospital...
ive heard ppl trying to open up the user.ini file and then adding the line "[connect] userport=443" but that doesnt seem to work for me. and i cant edit the file in vista for some reason...

anyone here know how to fix this problem
