So I was running/playing well at 1/2 this month, and I was up like $600. I finally felt like my luck was turning back to normal there.

Nope. Villain was 42/4.

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (9 handed)

MP3 ($141.75)
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($202.20)</font>
Button ($226.90)
SB ($188.60)
BB ($203.50)
<font color="#C00000">UTG ($279.25)</font>
UTG+1 ($233.50)
MP1 ($197)
MP2 ($100)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. MP2 posts a blind of $2.
UTG calls $2, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises to $10</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, Hero calls $10, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, UTG calls $8.

Flop: ($35) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $20</font>, UTG+1 folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $81</font>, UTG calls $61.

Turn: ($197) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $111.2 (All-In)</font>, UTG calls $111.20.

River: ($0) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $419.40

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
UTG has Ac Kc (flush, ace high).
Hero has 5s 5h (three of a kind, fives).
Outcome: UTG wins $419.40. </font>

He then rubbed it in, which only made it a billion times worse. Less than five minutes later, this happened. What makes it even worse is that the guy who talked crap after hand #1 is the same guy who calls the raise to $36 here, so I thought for sure that I was going to win it all back from him.

Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (10 handed)

MP1 ($447.30)
MP2 ($112.70)
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($200)</font>
CO ($121.65)
Button ($224.25)
SB ($258.20)
BB ($200)
UTG ($123.60)
UTG+1 ($203.20)
<font color="#C00000">UTG+2 ($144.95)</font>

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG+2 calls $2, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls $2, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($8) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $8</font>, BB folds, UTG+2 calls $8, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $36</font>, SB calls $28, UTG+2 SHOVES, Hero tanks and calls shove, SB folds.

[censored] THIS CONVERTER IS SO [censored] UP...IT WAS SET OVER SET LDO.

Results in white below:
UTG+2 has 6d 6s (three of a kind, sixes).
Hero has 4c 4h (three of a kind, fours).
Outcome: UTG+2 wins $a lot, I lose like $150. </font>

It really felt like a fold, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it since he didn't have a full stack. Whatever.

Seriously, [censored] my life. Why the [censored] do I run so [censored] bad at 1/2? This is getting abso-[censored]-lutely ri-[censored]-diculous, and I want to know why the [censored] I can't go even a thousand hands without giant [censored] supercoolers.

[censored] this [censored] game.

It's not me this time. On another note, it's amazing how good notes on a player leads to this type of spidey poker 6th sense. Made me feel as nitty as BareAce11 though.

I'm playing the yearly Sweden championship tourney at Nordicbet today. $250 + $20 buyin with a $1 mill guaranteed. 2666 entrants. Pretty good overlay.

That would've been one sick fold, but I felt like Daniel N and had to call just to make sure my read was right. Bareace is an 11/6 nit at NL200 that for some reason the fish always pay off. Must be the name...

On another note if he wasn't trying to play so tricky and be so terrible at pot building would you have paid off turn and river 3/4 bets?

Even if I'm 99% sure I'm beat on this river I'd never fold for $28 even though it's wrong, just feels stupid.
