Default 50NL: Right time to fold a set?

Villain is tighter than me (says a ton). I put him on KK at the worst. I figure he has AA nearly everytime. With my read and stats, is this a fold? I of course did the Hellmuth thing and went against my read. My plan was to bet/fold but I shoved anyway. Sick river/cooler/butchered/or played perfect?

Villain is 14.93 / 5.97 / 1.40 after 67 hands.

I know folding sets is -------------------------EV, but I was almost ready to bet my bankroll he had AA, does that make it a fold? I blame my wife for the shove, she sort of goaded me.

Also I tighten way up when I am 100+ BB deep vs. another 100+ so I usually tread cautiously, does that change our thinking?

only 67 hands

LOL thanks guys. Most of my posts involve sets. I know I should almost never fold them but I feel like I go against my gut sometimes and it burns me. This one bothered me more than most because I was nearly 100% he had AA (which he did obv.) and still shoved. Thanks again, I've seen enough to know its just a cooler.
