Default FT at 11+1r+1a - range to call a resteal?

Table has been aggressive. Lots of steals and lots of resteals. Very few flops. Villain in this hand is a winning player who we know very little about. He's not the most aggressive player at the table, and he's not the weakest.

Hero has been stealing and restealing along with the rest of the table and is also not the most aggressive player but also not the most passive.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t16000 (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB (t391205)
UTG (t480585)
Hero (t472998)
Button (t284115)
SB (t664097)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 2 cards.

What's your range to call this?
