Default KK in tough spot

I obeserved the following hand in a $5 $10 live full ring.

UTG makes it $30
3 callers to KK in BB who makes it $200 with $1,000 behind
UTG thinks for awhile and calls with $1,000 behind
Loose player calls with $500 behind
2nd loose player in SB calls with $500 behind

Flop is 3-5-6 rainbow

SB is all in for $500
KK in BB has $1,000 and 2 other players left to act, one has him covered.

Do you go broke with this hand?

Probably have no choice but to go broke at this point given the board and our stack size versus the pot. FWIW make it $250 or $275 preflop.
