shoving is pretty awful here. You're shoving into a side pot that only has $6 in it. What hands do you expect him to call with that you beat?

To people saying "what do you expect him to call a shove with?" Give me a break, this guy is 70/2 for christs sake, and look at the action thus far. I sincerely doubt he is capable of folding two pair for any amount. That being said, I think a raise to 550-800 looks about right for maximum extraction from this guy.

So when our hero moves in the villian calls 1000 to win 1006? If not, your post makes no sense

I'd raise pretty small (like 300 or something) to guarantee he calls with anything and would fold to a reraise. This might look dangerous but the guy is 0.7 AF. The bet either says he's worried about his hand or that he's pissing his pants with excitement because he rivered the nuts. He's not going to suddenly decide to turn KQ into a bluff when you make it 300.

J or D:

FWIW, I'm in the camp of raise a few hundred as opposed to shoving all in.

If OP shoves and villain calls, do you really think villain won't have us beat more than 50% of the time? To me, it just seems so terrible for villain to call with any two-pair hand. I'm thinking that even a loose fish could and usually would find a fold with his two pair. Then again, maybe I'm underestimating just how donkish the fish really are.

Lol. No, I'm not saying this--ldo. I'm not in the mood to explain it. Think about it and talk to some people. If you still don't think the side pot changes the dynamics, let me know.
