Default College Football Week 8

An hour and half til game time and I failed to get tickets to tonights game(but did get them for RU vs Pitt Yay...)

I'm getting pumped so sorry for the early thread start but this is a very big game this weekend. Hopefully Teel had a good week of practice during this short week. I'm hoping that Schiano >> Levitt in short week preperation as that might be a big advantage for RU.

Piscataway is going to be nuts tonight so homefield should help RU out against this extremely fast front 7 of USF. Containing Grothe is a whole other situation and I'll let Greg S. take care of that. Hopefully Gandolfini is on the sidelines to indimidate the Bulls' players.

This OL and Ray Rice have to get on track early and get things going. Ray Rice's heisman chances are almost diminished but a big game on nat'l tv can bump him up in a year where no one has stepped up quite yet. Let's go RU.

IT'S R TIME. RU! R TIME!

Can someone who has been to places like the swamp or the 'shoe confirm that Rutgers' atmosphere is legit? I have my doubts.

About the loudness of the stadium, the biggest game I've ever been to there was Rutgers vs MSU when Rutgers won 19-14 and that was like 3 or 4 years ago. Considering there were only about 30k people there it was extremely loud(my only other experience at a college game with a legit atmosphere was UT vs UF at Neyland stadium and that >>> the experience I had at RU).

But if you went to school in Jersey than you know we are crazy people and the majority of us need to be locked up.

I can vouch for this.

The stadium is def to open to get maximum noise though. Its still a tough place to play a night game though, but not on level with the SEC/Big Ten powers ldo.

I wonder if anyone in the stands has a jersey other than Ray Rice. I'm wearing my old school Ryan Hart jersey(God I wish Ryan had two more years of elgibility). I'd have to hit the person that wore a #14 jersey though.
