This is really easy to do. You really only have to lose 30-40lbs to get down to a weight where you can dehydrate the hell out of yourself for the final 20-30lbs.

When I was a wrestler I once shed 15lbs in less than a day to make 152s.

I had a day like this. I needed to be 161 and I was 169 at the beginning of the school day. I was a senior so LDO I took classes with my coach and he had me bike all day. 4 hours + three hoodies + two pairs of sweat pants + two pairs of socks + winter hat + hands held over my face so I sweat more = weight lost.

Of course I was so exhausted and sick by the time I wrestled that I got pinned within 45 seconds to the deepest double leg ever because I wasn't even close to sprawling in time.

Somehow I knew someone was going to suggest DNP...you realize though that you can only run that safely for like a week at a time, and even then you can only expect to drop about 10 lbs unless you're a total fatass? Have fun sweating a gallon every night and staining your sheets yellow. Just make sure you don't measure wrong, because then you'll die. Gl hf.

Update... 11/18/07...

243 lbs. It's 18 days in and I'm down 15 from when I took the bet, and 25 overall. Haven't added exercise yet, been to busy with work. Just been eating fruits and vegetables. I was doing big salads first like once a day, but for the last week or so I've been doing the whole "several small meals 7-8 times/day" which seems to be working. I'll eat an apple or carrots or brocolli/hummus or something many times per day. I seem to be losing weight faster. No exercise implemented yet but it's gonna be soon. Getting the gym membership tomorrow. I'm "on pace" so far I think...Gonna do this colon cleanse probably about December 15th or so...my goal is to be about 210 by 48 hours from weigh in, then just "cut the weight" to get down to 198. We'll see how that goes. I'm not gonna try to cut more than 12 lbs cuz I don't wanna hurt myself. I'm very interested to see how much I lose from the colon cleanse. I'd say easily 97% of the food I've eating since I got out of high school (9 and a half years ago) has been from a fast food joint. There's gotta be at least 5-10 lbs of buildup in there...who knows..maybe I'll do a TR on the cleanse itself...

That's it for now

Um, haven't really read the replies, so maybe it's been said, one pound = 3600 calories, you expect to have a deficit of this many calories/day how?

This cannot be real...
