Default K4 ofsooot!!! LAG on LAG action. 10 sng

I don't feel like finding the actual hh, so I am taking this off the top of my head.

Anyways, from hand one, the guns are blazing at full speed. I doubt either of us hit anything yet. So it is basically bluff flop, bluff turn, re-bluff, fold, rinse, repeat.

I think he is better than me.

I have the BB.

Me: 1200
Villain: 1800

blinds 10/20

Hero holds K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Hero raises to 60, villain raises to 120, hero calls.

He would be raising me lightly here, obv.

Flop:

K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

What is my plan for the rest of the hand?

To consider. We have yet to reach showdown. He is also likely to call me lightly, I think. Also consider that he probably knows that I know this. Also consider that I am playing blind percentages here, so I am looking at a 50% chance of him not having a spade. He would also recognize that this is a great flop for me to bare-ace.

If he's holding a random hand then the odds of him holding a spade is 9*38/47c2 ~ 31.6% . In reality , his odds of holding a spade will be a bit less since he will be raising with more pocket pair hands than a typical unpaired random hand .

This means that about 75% of the time , he doesn't have you beat . To be exact , it's 1- 7*38/47c2~75% .

I would definitely consider check raising here is he's an aggressive player . The combination of you possibly having the best hand and the best draw makes check raising a reasonable option .

Against a lag I would probably be willing to get all in here.

I think I like a check raise to try to get some dead CB bet money in the pot first.

Against a good LAG and a bad LAG?

JS, thanks for the specifics. Math is not my strong point.

The answer is fold preflop, he expects to play LAG play tighter.

Was it a small bet or a pot sized bet?

Fold preflop and change gears!
There`s no better way to exploit a Lag -who expects you to be a LAG too!!- than in playing tight for a while!

Okay, I just learned how easy it is to pull up HH's.

I got the turn wrong. He checked to me.

The flop I actually raised. But since you all like getting it all in hear... I don't know, judge the flop as you will.

Yay for hand histories

I'd probably push the turn. I don't think anything pays you off if you check behind and the river blanks.

Also to the people saying fold preflop - do you mean open folding or folding to the raise?
