I usually pot it PF. As played, your hand is waaay underrepped, and you can raise the flop, and not be put on AAxx. So at least raise flop...

You can certainly make a case for calling as the flop is relatively drawless and Mcping is unlikely to have connected in any meaningful way given there is only one ace and two jacks left in the deck. If you raise now, Mcping will fold all bluffs and you will probably get it HU against 323136 if he does have KQTx. However if Mcping is aggro and you wait until the turn, he may make a large bet drawing dead that 323136 will call, which you can then shove over and win a larger pot.

You've got top set, you should really be trying to get some chips in. I'm fine with just calling the raise preflop, that's stylistic and you can go either way, but you have to put some money in on the flop.

My preference would probably be to lead for the size of the pot, but CRing for the size of the pot is OK too. Just calling shouldn't even be on your radar though. You're letting a wrap draw super cheap and you could easily be up against something like top two or a lower set that would be happy to pay you off if you just bet your hand.

This is an easy raise. A time you can consider a call with a set of aces on the flop is if the board is very draw heavy and you want to see a safe turn card before you pop in a raise.

check-raising or leading is standard. Calling can be considered if you have a good read on your opponent as Rempel describes, but you really need to know your opponent pretty well.

As for bet sizing on the c-r, you can make it about $207 to go which will leave you about $180 behind in what will be a $500 pot or so if only one guy calls. Therefore, you can't be priced out on the turn.

If you want to get cute, and you're afraid that a pot raise will scare of a KQTx draw, you could consider making a bet that guarantees you'll always get at least 3:1 on the turn. In this case, that'll be about $170 (a $135 raise, about 4/5 pot). In this case, I don't think the difference is big enough to make anyone change their mind about calling or folding.

I like Rempel's thoughts on this but after reviewing, I figured that only a 6,7,8 or a 9 are going to be safe and any broadway that doesn't pair the board being horrid. I did raise and they folded. I was concerned that I might have been able to extract more value.

SlientA and iggy, I'm not sure I like leading as I have been playing quite tight and am representing a minimum of top two. I will only get it in with another set and as I have 1 jack, it's unlikely.

Timberbee, I didn't pot preflop as I wouldn't have liked the idea of open pushing the rest of my stack OOP on the flop.
