Default another hand with Taggro: A8o re-isolation

taggro is a villain in my KQs playalong hand.

taggro opens from CO. hero 3BETS from button with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. blinds fold.

*FLOP* is 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 5 SB, 2 players.

taggro checks, i bet, he calls.

*TURN* is T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. 3.5BB, 2 players

taggro checks, i bet, he calls.

*RIVER* is 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. 5.5BB, 2 players.

Was this before or after the playalong hand? Because, based on that hand you should know better what his actions mean, here, and visa versa.

Edit: btw, the next time you want me to preview a playalong, PM it to me. It turned out completely differently than the one you showed me in IM last night. You also left out the bit about Villan checking his cards. lol @ trickyreadaments

As boz said you know better than us but pretty much anyone I 3-bet with A8 off I'm seeing a showdown against with 2nd pair top kicker.

boz,

this hand was after the playalong hand. i again apologize for pasting the wrong version into our IM window.

sean,

all i needed you to say was "bet/call", dude (or, y'know, "bet/3bet/call"). thx.

it's, um, not a plan.

do i need to word this differently? i'm looking for what you do when it's your turn to act, and then what you plan to do if villain re-opens the action (say, by raising).

when it's my turn to act: bet
if he raises: i lean toward calling

is he capable of slowplaying a better hand or raising with air? the micros need to know.
