Raise more preflop (round $1.20). Pot Flop for obv reasons. Fold to the worse card in the deck for us on the turn.

Sorry for not having too much info for this specific hand. But I've been playing a fair bit of 10NL lately and noticed this as well, sometimes I;ve called while others I've folded. What I've noticed most of the time at this level is "big bets mean big hands", there's a lot of hands that can beat you so I would probably be forced to fold.

Had he have been a SS, then yes insta-call as I've been playing extra attention to them at this level and rarley will they have you beat.

I'd fold, because I don't see villains bluffing that often in these spots.

I don't see him having a 9 very often, but AsXs got there.

Bigger re-raise pre flop and pot the flop.

As played.. fold the turn.

I think the raise preflop is okay. I like 3betting around 3x the original bet. No problem raising to 4x also, in my opinion, you've got position. Personally I dont mind seeing a flop before I start putting lots of money in, so maybe i'm a bit conservative with my raises preflop... it remains to be seen if that's any good hehe...

I pot the flop too. I dont think 1/2 pot cuts it because there are a whole bunch of possible draws. Also with KK I'd prefer to know if i'm good sooner rather than later, so I dont go broke with it, to which I can be prone. A bigger bet achieves that.

As played I think the turn is a fold, basically for the same reasons that are layed out above, I've got nothing extra to add really =)

Hope that's lucid enough. (Hope it's correct too! lol)

My KKs have been getting knocked around too. Reraise 3x or 4x preflop, it doesn't matter, someone will call it.

Mis-playing these big overpairs is a costly leak. It's one of mine. I'm always worried about the "set monster under the bed".

You can't call his donkshove. Even on a dry board, it's a tough spot to call an all-in with just an overpair. If he had donkshoved on the flop, however, you should consider calling it. But not be ecstatic about it.
