Desperately Need Help

Well, once again I got hit with a very malicious virus linking to something a "friend" emailed me. So I had to reload windows.

I had this problem before, with not being able to get my two monitors set up right. This time, they don't even know they're supposed to work independently of each other. One monitor is a Samsung SyncMaster912n and the other is a Dell (the one everyone at 2p2 was recommending/buying a year or so ago for multi-tabling).

I'm sure I have a Nvidia SuperForce dual video card. But I went to their site and tried to download the driver and it didn't work (it said no compatable hardware found on my computer). The girl who sold me this computer swears she gave me the disk, but I've tried every single one to no avail. Last time, this seemed to miraculously correct itself when I did a Windows Update. But this time, it's not working. Oh, and...

I don't have sound either. I always have problems setting up my drivers when I do a clean install of Windows. If someone can personally consult me, I'll be really appreciative. I'm desperate to get this solved ASAP. I'm going for SuperNova on Stars and I'm losing valuable playing time. Thanks.
