No stats on villains. Do I call this all in or fold?

If I was to use a time machine to go back and play this hand again, what kind of line should I be taking here? Am I way off in my re-raise on the flop? I didn't want to re-raise too much since I figured the only hands that would call a massive re-raise would be hands that have me beat against an average villain.

It's been a while since I posted a hand here. Lately I have been running super hot, I have been beating NL25 for a tonne. Today it all came crashing down though, with three sets vs oversets, AA and KK cracked (we've all been there ) and a few hands like above where I am lost. I'm still showing a good profit but I would love to know how to play hands like above better. In retrospect I guess it seems so obvious to re-raise more on the flop but is that *really* the best way to play it?

To start, I 3-bet bigger preflop. I make it $2.50 at a minimum, maybe closer to $3 since we still have MP1 to act.

You're not actually re-raising on the flop, just raising. That is some kind of draw heavy board so I think you need to raise much more. As played, good fold.

Reraise to 3.00-3.50 Preflop

Raise the pot on the flop

Fold the turn as played.

I agree that you should raise more preflop.

I think Im actually OK with the raise size on the flop, yes it could be bigger, but I like your thinking in determining your raise size.

Turn is an easy fold.

Overall Id say you played this hand OK.

I don't agree with this preflop his raise should be bigger, this is more of a potsweetener (around 3,00). Flopraise should be bigger, I understand the fact that he doesn't want to fold out hands he beats, but if he makes a decent sized raise those hand will still come along and what is more he really has to charge draws IMHO. Turnfold looks good to me...
