Typically he doesn't disclose unless he has to. In the annual report they only disclose large positions. I believe he only has to file with the SEC when he buys more than 5% of a company.

Go to sec.org, and do a search in the EDGAR database for "Berkshire Hathaway". Look for forms 4, 5, and 13F. Note that some of the companies berkshire is buying are being bought by GEICO's portfolio manager, Lou Simpson, not Buffett. Most journalists don't understand this, and commonly report any new purchase as a Buffett purchase.

This is an example of what I was talking about. Pretty sure Warren has never bought Lexmark or Iron Mountain, those are smaller cap tech companies that fall under Lou Simpson's portfolio. I'd also be suspicous of Torchmark and FDC.

The rest of the list looks solid though.

I believe that at least some of FDC shares were acquired when FDC was spun off from AmEx in 1992. AmEx is, of course, a famous Buffett pick.
