Default aces, K high uncoordinated flop and I...

Florida 1-2 NL, $100 max. I keep pretty good records live and I've been in something close to this spot 5 or 6 times since mid-September twice in the last week. I'm sure my flop play is blah. Average player is usually pretty bad (yeah, it's a Florida dog track); maybe one TAG, other players are usually mix of loose-passive chasers or very LAG. Effective stack typically about $80 and I'll always be $100+. Here's the typical line: I'm in SB or BB with AA, 3-5 limpers, I raise to 12, 2-4 callers. Flop is uncoordinated and K or Q high. I'm first to act. I...

I'm just looking to get a range of opinions on this spot. My play on the flop has been consistent, and results have been consistently unfulfilling. What's your flop action? What does your action set-up for later streets if anything?

Can you guys be more specific? What % of the pot are you betting? I'm not sure how much I ought to lead with, and wondering in a c/r is in order. When all is said and done I'll explain what I've been doing and the result.
