PokerTracker/Multi-Computer Databases

I play my poker equally amongst my laptop and PC. Which means I have PT on both computers. If I want to periodically move my laptop hands to my PC (my mother database) is this a simply process? Can it be done? If so, how? Is it as simple as copying all the HHs and placing them into the file I store my PC HHs in?
