You could really own him and pick a par 3 course. That'd be a sweet hustle.

Obviously it takes out the cart advantage, but if you are a better player than him then you shouldn't really have a problem. I generally only use 4 clubs or so on par 3 courses.

yes, that is a great idea. there are par 3's by me (hole distances between 150 and 90 yards) where you could get by with a PW, and 8i, and a putter really easily. or maybe even a 9i instead of 8i. between the PW and 9i I could hit between 80 and 130 np, which could be 16/18 holes.
