Shootout Procedure

Does anyone know exactly how the Shootout is going to be run on Tuesday ? Are they going to start short-handed and play down to 100 like last year ? Is there any possible scenario where more than one person qualifies from a table ?

My suspicion would be that not even anyone in Harrahs knows this, and they're going to make it up as they go along, however if anyone knows otherwise then surprise me :-)
