Default [NL 100] TPGK vs. c/r

Villain is 45/10/0,7

Seems passive, but i have seen him making weird moves.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (6 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($39)
MP ($119.60)
CO ($137.60)
Hero ($261.10)
SB ($143)
BB ($124.85)

Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls $1, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4.5</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $3.50, UTG calls $3.50.

Flop: ($14) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
BB checks, UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $10,50</font>,<font color="#CC3333"> BB raises to $45,50</font> , UTG folds

I´ve veen pretty active for the last orbits and took down most pots without a showdown.
But still, there is no other option than folding in this spot, right ?

You're only ahead here if he's bluffing so in certain spots I may peel a turn card but the best option is probably to fold.

fold, you are well behind his range, AQ, A9, JT, Q9, AT (though i highly doubt he does this with AT even), you are at best a 60/40 dog to his range, and given stats, this you have to fold this. how many hands do you have on him?
