Meh, it's probably ok, although I'd felt it if he has a really high call Cbet%. I see dumb calling station fish float OOP in these spots with any 2 and then make retarded plays on turn/river so if he seems like that type I think folding is pretty bad. Has he shown down any bluffs/floats?

type of guy saying " float huh what's that" just a dumb fish. In my experience that is the exact type of player who loves to trap and to slowplay and to minraise

In my opinion, it is not necessarry to come up with creative folds to get value from this type of player. If he makes idiotic calls a lot, this could be the time he has gotten sick of that, and feels like making a move.
Of course if you are sure he has trips, you're sure, no need to ask then.
