please don't raise pf with 58, even if it's suited. Lead on the flop is fine. I think youre behind his range on turn, so just call, you have a lot of outs, and can make hm pay on river.

he's offering you great odds. in position, i like just taking the odds and hoping to hit. you could raise, but this guy looks stubborn. and with a 4.5AF, he might just shove on you which would be a disaster.

just call.

i would worry more about this (shoving) if it were at all likely he turned two pair.

this isn't a bad spot for a "valuebluff." he'll probably fold weak aces and all kings to a raise (think $65 or so) but call with gutterballs and heart draws.

if he flat calls, check blank rivers behind and shove any that improve you

85s is a perfect steal hand if the blinds fold a decent amount or really suck.... iow it's usually good OTB

your flop bet is very small.... FDs str8 draws etc.... so pretend you have AK and bet that amount... so a little bigger

calling turn is fine, you prob have a lot of outs, and you have position

villain may have a weak A a turned K a FD it's kinda hard to put him on a hand, but a board that's this drawy i don't think you have too much FE if you do raise the turn

My tought were that he was probably on a heart draw, and was setting the price with is small bet.

Given this, anyone like a raise turn/shove any none heart river?

preflop is bad given read. When you say he defends does that mean he calls a lot or 3bets a lot.

I'd raise turn unless i felt he'd 3bets 77-TT preflop.

I usually would but unfortunatly he may have a weak ace a lot of the time here. If you raise the turn firing a non-heart river is spew unless you feel he can drop A-rag. If we raise turn our hand is a bluff and we need FE against hands that we beat. Whiffed draws are already behind us and underpairs fold to our turn raise, so a river push needs to be able to drop a weak top pair to be worthwhile.

i raise turn for sure, pop it up to like 60. this is kind of for metagame b/c i hate letting people see that they can get away with < 1/2-pot bets vs me. also, calling turn kinda shuts off your chance for a river play if you don't improve, as it would be a totally unbelievable bluff. raising turn, however, would allow you to shove a variety of rivers.

additionally....guys, preflop is not bad, and even if it is, no one gives a [censored]
