Default Big raise, fold or insta-shove?

4.40/180. 3rd level. I know I misplayed this hand horribly by not raising flop, now what do I do?

Fold PF and fold flop, this is terrible and not even close to a tough decision.

Seriously? That is way too tight imo. You've got a decent hand here,if you fold this pre every time,I'll steal your blind every time

It kinda is a dumb post, I was just mad at myself for not betting flop cuz now I have no idea where I am... stupid really. Plus I look so weak... gross. I'm goin to donk school. later.

Yeah,def raise flop here,but you already know that....the way I see it,OR could have pretty much anything here.SB's bet is so weak,so is your call,no reason for him to put either of you on much. I dunno,any reads might help,if OR is supertight nit then I'd of course play it different then if he's superlaggy...like I said,don't really know....I think I call here,and shove any non A or diamond turn.

Of course,no hand gets you in trouble like QJ,so,meh.....
