That would be utterly sick pokerboy.
I have not yet played over 12, can you really play 20 for the full 42 hours/week?

I'm considering a run at Elite next year playing 100NL.

I'm 20-tabling pretty easily and can get ~1300 hands/hr, which translates to ~475VPP/hr, which would put me at ~42 hours a week.

Thoughts?

EDIT to ADD: This includes 2 weeks of not playing at all for vacation.

why not actually try to get good @ poker, and move up to limits where you can make a lot of money? you seen to be willing to commit the time to become a good player, but you want to stay @ 100nl?

this, along with the permanent 1/2-2/4 FPP pros confuses the [censored] out of me, and probably always will. yes, if you move up you can lose a lot and go near-busto/busto, but if your any good, and are determined you will make it back.

I'm pretty sure I can.

I can't explain it, but I can grind for extremely long periods of time. I just played 5,424 hands this morning in 4 hours, and I'm getting ready to play some more.

I think this is a big strength of mine.

You should.. at some point (like 100k hands, seriously) be moving up to 200NL and then 400NL

RIGHT!?

It seems I've seen a few players trying to make supernova by the end of the year?

Am I missing something or is there some incentive for the following year to finish this year at supernova?(other than having the first month of next year as a SN)

There's no 100 000 VPP milestone bonus...and by virtue of the VPP's re setting you only benifit from the FPP multiplier for a short while?

<<< Bankroll nit!

I invest a good chunk of my monies and don't leave myself too much of a poker bankroll (which probably ends up costing me $$$ in lost profits).

Once you reach Supernova, you maintain that status for the entire next year.

Maybe I'll blog the whole thing.

Then next year I'll surely be ready for 200NL!
