I'd shove in the last hand. He could easily call with an A or a K, frankly he could call with 8-high given his previous plays.

If this guy is throwing around chips so recklessly and making massive overbets postflop, I'd be inclined to call in position with any playable hand due to implied odds and the desire to get Villain's chips before someone else does.
