How long are you able to keep people on the phone, on average? Is that better/worse than average for phone psychics in general?

[/ QUOTE ]
My average call is 11 minutes, I'm honestly not sure how that compares to average, I've been kind of curious about that.

On average, in a day I'll make myself available for about 5 hours, in that 5 hours I'll actually be doing readings for about 3-3.5 hours. During the downtime, I just read 2p2, whatever else. Unfortunately, I usually don't have enough downtime to do anything significant, like play poker or anything.

Do they actually care how "read up" you are to do this, or is it kinda the used car salesman you-work-on-commission-so-if-you-suck-who-cares-you're-gone-soon-anyway sorta thing?

250-300 a day. I was in New Orleans a few months ago, and there were psychics on every corner. I'm a big fan of skeptic writing and tv shows and I was kinda like, I can do this. So I got a reading to see how ti basically went, and then got a few books when I got home and decided to go for it.

I work from home, I can work whenever I feel like it (although night hours are much better). I get a little popup on my computer that says someone is calling, we have a few minutes to talk, where I do "The Setup" and then they hire me.
