Default Low Wieght, High Reps (any advice?)

I was doing the exact opposite 8 months ago. I pretty much read up on a few 5x5x5 workout articles, and adopted my own workout.

Great results btw (in terms how much I was lifting, withing a few months, I was lifting 100% more on bench).

Well now due to an injury, I need to do the exact opposite. My limbs in question are strong enough to lift weight @ the gym, however I sure as hell am not going to see how far I can go in terms of weight. Lets just say, I don't want to be lifting more than 15 or 20% of what I was 8 months ago (weight).

I assume since I will be lifting less weight, I will need to increase the reps. Are there any high rep workouts (for upper body/chest/shoulder area)? Also what is the difference btwn them and the low rep/high weight (5x5x5) workouts.

Thanks guys.
