Default Renting an Apartment HW Question

This question isn't hard (it's one part of a larger question). I'm just wondering what people feel would be the best way to answer it given the fact that there is no specific costs associated with utilities and other factors mentioned in the problem. Thanks for any help.

-you need a place to reside for 5 years
-you found an apartment that costs $600 a month
-the apartment includes no utilities or maintenance
-the landlord expects a security deposit of first and last months rent which is returned

How much will it cost you to rent this apartment for five years?

dont' do it. I mean im assuming the 600 is split between like 2 people? if its for yourself its still pricy, plus who wants to live alone and oh yeah paying for fixing stuff can easily cost you alot. Also living in same place for 5 years is dumb unless said place is awesome.
