Default 25NL, Good AA fold? Was I beat?

Villain is: 34/15/1 (159 hands)
No notes, just the above PT info.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($47.15)
SB ($14.40)
BB ($23.35)
Hero ($24.90)
MP ($30.85)
CO ($34.75)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1</font>, MP calls $1, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>.

<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $2</font>, MP calls $2.

Turn: ($6.35) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $4</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $8</font>, Hero calls $4.

River: ($22.35) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets $16</font>, Hero folds.

For me to call the river, I have to have the winning hand more than 42% of the time (is that correct - $16 bet into a $22 pot?).

What does his min-raise on the turn mean?

Good fold, he played it exactly how i would if I had a queen, his agression factor is only 1 so I doubt he's bluffing here especially after you called his turn c/r and with him being IP, if his hand had any showdown value other than a queen he would rather have checked it down on the river

i'd rather either fold on the turn, or lead for $10-$12 on the river and then fold to the raise. if you give up control of the hand on the turn, you're usually going to be facing that bet on the river, and there really aren't too many cards that are going to change much for you there. its not a bad fold though.

Given villain's stats it's almost certain he has us beat here. I think your line is fine.

I'd fold turn at this level as minraise here = strength. I looks like a Q letting you bet out but taking control on the turn as they usually do.

Hard to get away from the over pairs but I can't see him betting out much more that doesn't have you beat. AK is about the only possibility.
