Default 2/4NL, AQ raise that river for value?

I'm new to that limit so I don't really know the players. But BB multitable and seems decend. He's 25/10 over 200hands.

No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $2/$4
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $315.17
CO: $384.00
Hero: $380.00
SB: $172.80
BB: $582.12

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $14</font>, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($42, 3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $32</font>, SB folds, BB calls.

Turn: 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($106, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks.

River: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($106, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">BB bets $35</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $110</font>

I thought his bet looked like a blocker and thought it would be too weak to only call that 35$. So is that OK to raise for value here? I thought my raise could represent a busted draw which he might call with a Q... BTW, I would have folded to a push though.

Why not just pot the turn and check the river behind?

I'm not crazy about your raise, because his bet is too small to be a serious block-bet. I guess you get some "screw it" calls from KQ, and the occasional "screw it" fold from AQ, but on the whole I think this is a losing maneuver.

Do you call here if he puts the rest of your stack in on river? I'm betting this turn $75-80. I might fold vs some villians if they re-raised me there.

I'd usually bet the turn (but not every time) and I like the raise on the river provided villian to unlikely to put you on a hand like this and make a brave push.
