Is there any way to compare may & june's P/T ratios for SSNL? Maybe go back a little further too, for baseline?

We've been working hard on improving signal:noise in SSNL, and I think this stat could be one indicator of progress. Not perfect, but combined with other observations it may help to paint a picture.

this is nuts, these forums are exploding, part can be credited to the legislation forum overflowing, but thats not enough to account completely for these types of numbers.

One thing is for sure, I'm very glad we have that legislation forum now. When it was started, it was a pretty niche subject w/o much traffic. Now, it's a valuable resource. I think it should win an award for most improved forum or something.

I was just checking out our ranking on www.big-boards.com . Turns out were #88 on the net for total posts, and #4 (!!) for daily page views. That's pretty ridiculous.

Grunch... if you are saying put up a monthly P/T only for posts that month, I need some thoughts from you on methodology for doing the calculation... for example, posts in the current month can be made in threads started in previous months...

Also, I'm not convinced that P/T is a good measure of quality, as an example... some high quality posts are so good at providing info that they really don't require responses; while drama type posts are clearly low quality, but get alot of responses from those who like drama and those commenting that the drama is silly.
