50NL - Line check with flopped set in multi-way limped pot
Reads:
MP2 12/4/1.5 - 25 hands MP1 33/7.5/0.9 - 66 hands I didn't bet too crazy because it was a limped pot and figured it's unlikley anyone has an overpair or anything they'd care to play a big pot with. I suppose PF raise could have worked too, but other than that, anyone play any different? On the river with the bet and overcall I don't like my chances, but the bet is so small, do I let it go? Re: 50NL - Line check with flopped set in multi-way limped pot
I'd call here and wouldn't be surprised if one them has J9 and the other 55...
Against so many players I'd have PSB flop also. That would make easier to get all in on turn after his raise. |

Re: 50NL - Line check with flopped set in multi-way limped pot
Pot the flop. This will drive out most straight draws.
Pot the turn, then get it in if MP2 still raises. As played, the small bet by MP1 on the river makes me a little sick. I'm now putting him on something like AT/or even QT with the back-door club draw. Unfortunately, it's also small enough that I don't see how you can fold. If MP2 was still to act, maybe you can fold, but not here, getting almost 8:1. Just be thankful you didn't lose it all. |
