I didn't raise turn because i didn't want to scare draws and weak aces. I figured any hand that would call a turn raise would lead out on the river, and given my stack, I could get all my chips in then. And then... the nightmare card....

as you wrote villain isnt agressiv so maybe he just checks with the nuts... i would say you should definatly not bluffbet cause if u get called you loose.
And with what kind of hand did he bet the turn?
i think he hit the queen and is afraid of the ace on the river but he will call

Expecting what hand to fold? Villain has Qx or missed hearts, you beat the hearts and a Q is never folding. Take the showdown.
