I'd be surprised to get a call but obviously OP did so shows what I know.

Why would you be suprised to get a call? Put yourself in villians shoes with QJ (ignore that you called a PF raise...) and post the hand. Is anyone going to tell you to fold to the all-in?

I should have explained myself better. I wasn't thinking about this particular instance. I was really wondering how often villain is going to have a hand strong enough to call the all-in. Based on his calling the pre-flop raise I'd expect to see QQ-AA possibly AQ or AK. Out of those I'd only really expect a call from QQ or possibly AA. Perhaps I'm giving villains too much credit?

Top pair is not folding often here with most villains, I've seen calls here from like the naked Tc type hands.

I agree - min-raise here will get callers.

You want to shove on this board? The only call you're going to get is a possible set, a flush, or a straight flush. Why not make a smallish raise to t375-t425 and see how UTG+1 responds. You are pushing him off of the hand and you want to build up chips before the blinds get to 60-120 etc..

Raising to around 450 is better than shoving, and IMO calling>>>>>>>>>>sho ving but its better to make a small raise incase of a club turn.
