wow awesome someone had the 9-T of clubs?! i wouldnt play it any other way, you had to raise after the limpers its just bad luck if you got set up like that.

Looks perfect. Shoving PF is ok too since the pot is going to be big when both call pf and any c/b is yucky.

Re: $16 AKs..This is standard, right?
You want to shove on this board? The only call you're going to get is a possible set, a flush, or a straight flush. Why not make a smallish raise to t375-t425 and see how UTG+1 responds. You are pushing him off of the hand and you want to build up chips before the blinds get to 60-120 etc..

50% call, 50% raise to $200
Flop, raise to $300 to $390 |

Re: $16 AKs..This is standard, right?
I'd just call. I think any raise is going to give away your hand. If you call you stand a chance of getting another bet from UTG+1 on the turn and depending on pot size maybe then raise.

Re: $16 AKs..This is standard, right?
I would push with AA and KK (with one club) here so I am more than likely pushing this one too.

Re: $16 AKs..This is standard, right?
I did it to represent a flush-draw
Anyway, Utg called and Utg+1 folded..he had QJ and I won Still not sure if this is the best option |

[/ QUOTE ] Calling is really bad, you give a chance for another club to fall and kill the action for a lot of hands villain has. A smallish raise is showing a lot of strength and playing differently then you would with any other hand. Disguise your hand and raise the pot which is a shove, which will entice all 2pair,pair/combo draws to call. |
