Point Blank,

Your advice sucks. On second thought it isn't even advice. BTW when I flex my bicep I have ~1.5 inches in there. This guy looks like he could fit my whole bicep in there:

Please stop posting.

Late,

That is a ton of food. Why were you [censored] 10x a day? BTW don't eat so much fiber etc. Maybe milk in addition but it is very calorically dense so I'd hate to see it go away. Get a job and buy a scooter.

[/ QUOTE ]

lol ...

do you know what an 'insertion point' is?

by your comment ... you don't

also ... 'stop eating fiber' ... great comment ...

dunno, i crap a lot. even when i'm eating normal I have like 3 or 4 b/m a day. TMI i'm sure. I do think I am minorly lactose intolerant. drinking that much milk makes me illish (at the time I was aiming for 1/2 gallon a day). but eating lots of cheese not so bad.

Like those who cheat on their diet one Saturday night and found that they gained 2 pounds, I think I am going to try for absolute consistency in eating at least 2500 calories a day every single day and lifting 3x a week every single week (maybe 2x to start back in). pretty clear that eating a lot for a month, and then going back to eating 2 meals a day, or working out for 2 months, and then missing 3 weeks isn't going to result in anything for me.

Do you?

Someone who has trouble gaining weight is eating food that has few calories and tons of fiber, furthermore he has the [censored]. And you advise more vegetables? Your advice has been across the board bad.

Point Blank,

Attack my claims. You exhibit the same things other people do with validation for posting photos etc. Obv Ronnie Coleman is the mecca for advice, I must find him.

you don't even make sense ... or have any real comment in any post so far (just jibba-jabber)

I laughed at you because ...
the photo you linked to does not show the insertion point of the bicep ... a back bicep shot generally focuses the brachialis (do you know the difference?)

Instead of all this bickering how about a picture or link that does show what you mean?

so ... you pretty much showed what I'm talking about ...

though ... in my post I said 'even between 0.5-1.0 isn't good' - I was wrong in that, that is the 'good' range

and i said 'likely' ... as in it's a general test used, to take a guess at your body type and muscle fiber type ...

FYI the albert beckles shot isn't a great example (he is not in full flexion ... I believe that is the guy who could flex each part of his bicep indiviudally)

also ... fyi: ronnie coleman has less than 0 .5inch seperation

there is also another test for the triceps ... I can't remember the lengths (but if you care to search the internet ... I'm sure some fitness site has these numbers)

anyway ... this is boring now
