Stars mailed check: lol security?

Just got this email from stars in response to me forwarding them a link to this thread.

Hello frostbrn,

Yours was only the third 'complaint' I had seen with regard to this
problem.

I appreciate from the replies to your twoplustwo post that it has affected
quite a few other people. It was very helpful that it was brought to our
attention and as is our norm we have resolved this issue as quickly as
possible with the newly appointed USD cheque processors - they have
provided the following response -

"Thank you for letting me know, I'll make sure the guys printing and
mailing the checks know about this problem and I'll make sure the next
batches don't have the same issues."

Please accept my apologies for the obvious inconvenience this has caused
and don't hesitate to keep us abreast of any further issues. We hope in
the meantime this has been resolved.

Just received my check today postmarked Feb 21 ! Only my address was showing.

I just received this response from Stars
Please accept our apologies for late response.

I'm glad to hear that you finally received your cheque. Thank you for leting us know and that you are taking your time to write to us in this matter. I hope that future cashouts will be faster and to your full satisfaction.

We changed processor the 9th of Feb -07 and now all US cheques are sent by Expressmail, which will take up to 7 work days.

Please make future cashouts at your convenience and do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance.

They still insist they use exspress mail. I hope they start soon.
