Default Party 0.50/1.00 - Isolation raise

This is a hand I think I played well - I think I made the right decisions for the right reasons too. Let me know what you think, because if I'm way off, that's way bad.

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
5 folds, MP3 calls, 1 fold, Hero raises, 1 fold, BB calls, MP3 calls.

This was an isolation raise for MP3 who is a loose and weak player. I don't have much practice with this idea, but this seemed like a good place as I'm more often than not doing very well against his range.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets, BB calls, MP3 calls.

I didn't expect to take down the pot against this loose passive player, but I bet here to set up a free card play w/ my flush, gutshot and A outs.

Turn: (4.75 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, MP3 checks, Hero checks.

Took a free card.

River: (4.75 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets.

I figured this was a good value bet b/c I would be likely to get called by any pair as a bet from LP on the river when it checked through the turn looks like a bluff, especially to loose players.

Any feedback is welcome. Thanks.
