Thank god someone is figuring this stuff out

I think his point was "duuuhhhh, do you really need a research study to show that if profit margins were 3.6% you could raise wages and still earn a profit at some lower level"

[/ QUOTE ] It doesnt appear to be publicly funded to me, nor was the original Global Insight study this study was meant to rebut. I would also assume that the real intent of the study was not what was written up in the link, but to address the wild claims of Global Insight as to the benefits of Wal-Mart's pricing.
