Default QQ in 3-bet pot NL200

I did not have my pockertracker on my computer on which the hand was played, so therefore i do not have stats.
But villian is a decent reg and IŽd estimate him to be around 25/15.

6-max, NL200 FTP. His stack is around 100BB and I cover.

Preflop: 2 callers, Villian raises on button to 11.
Hero holds QQ and reraises to 41 on SB. The limpers fold, and villian calls.

Flop: Jh 9h 5s
(potsize= 86)

Hero bets 60. Villian calls.

Turn: 7c.

Hero??????

Am I commited once I bet the flop here? On the turn Villian has half his stack in the pot, and I wonder what he calls my flopbet with on this board?

Comments plz.

i would check call a push on the turn, people play pretty aggro in RR pots nowadays, he may suspect you're making a move since people like to repop light when someone is raising limpers

Yeah, but on the turn, what can I possibly put him on that I beat? I mean, does he call my flopbet with a worse hand? and am I commited to the pot when I bet the flop?

I figured that i was commited, and pushed the turn, and he folded, but I had a bad feeling and I wouldnt have been suprised to see a slowdplayed AA there or a set of jacks.
