It's a meh-y spot, I'd much rather open here if there were 2+ shorties left to act, or 2+ people I know I'd be calling a shove from, b/c playing a flop OOP sucks w/ 15 BB's and 99.

as terribly weak as it is, its close between folding and opening to 400. i dont think i could bring myself to fold 99 6 handed, but 7 handed its just that much more likely someone will shove on you that youll have to make a call on. any shorter you could jam, and any deeper itd be a pretty easy open...just flip a coin. id fold 88.

make it 400, 9s is strong and you've got some chips.

This is an +EV shove but I think it's a safe laydown if you make it 400 or 450 and get shoved on so you could do that too.
