Default Empire Poker closed to US players?

I wanted to do the pokerlistings bonus this week. Pokerlistings says that US players are no longer allowed, starting Oct 1. (LINK )

I can't find confirmation of this on Empire website or anywhere else. Did anyone try to sign up lately or saw anything about this?

Not surprising. Although being not allowed since October 1 is a bit off seeing as how I was able to get it on the 4th.

Just completed it today and working on the IGMPay one now...

My daughter signed up to Empire through Pokerlistings yesterday and has gotten the bonus. Empire support said no problems until Bush actually signs the bill.

I am actually signing up right now. It did not boot me when I stated my address. I read their Terms of Service and it was the standard stuff. No specific mention of US players. I deposited $500 successfully. (I'm not sure if I will email them to get max bonus)

HOWEVER, the bonus is NOT showing up. I guess I will have to email them.

grjr, did the bonus appear automatically, or did she have to ask for it? I signed up, and it doesn't show up in the system.

UPDATE: nevermind, it takes a second to show up.

Cleared the bonus yesterday. Very easy and very fast. Just like Party signup. Reccomended.

Cashout hasn't cleared, however. I recieved some kind of email from Pay Pro asking them to call to 'validate my account'. If cashout doesn't clear by later tonight, I will give them a call. Any clue as to why they want me to call them?

You always have to call them on a new account now. They just ask you a few questions. You won't get your money until you call.
