im just getting it in on the flop, maximize my equity v a flush by seeing 2 cards to boat up, prevent a scare card from killing action v an overpair, dont let him outdraw cheap. theres not rly any benefit to seeing a turn since ur not folding if he flopped a flush anyway, u dont have 1 pair so ur not flipping v a large range of draws, u risk losing action, u risk getting outdrawn

You probably shouldn't three bet and then consider folding to a shove. As it is, this is pretty close, but the opponent you described could be doing this with an overpair+spade.
