Poker Stars Ring Game Auto Import Problems

I have PT set up for other sites no problem, but I can't find the location of pokerstars HH in my hard drive, so I am assuming they don't write them there. I checked the PT website and found that you have to manually request 200 hands at a time. Is this really the way you guys do it? Is there not some Auto import solution? Sorry for the noob questions? Any help appreciated.

Hi,

by default the PokerStars client will not record your HH files to disk, you muct tick a box (and set a folder) in the lobby menus to enable this.

If you email PokerStars support, they can send you your entire play history in one go so you can import hands you missed too.
