What's with the tiny raise on the flop?
I would have raised to $2.

SB checked on the turn, so you go all in.

The turn a very bad card, think about which flush draw overcards are floating us here.

Yes, to him.
Why did he call on the flop? Was he slowplaying? That would be really stupid, unless he has A-K high flush (then it'd be just stupid). So, he was probably chasing.

Maybe I would just go broke in that hand, but I wouldn't mind.

Hero ($21.90)

One small question: why aren't you staying bought up at 100bb?

hard for him to have the AK flush when the K in in hero's hand. He prolly had Asx which means he pulled in front on the turn

Oh yeah, he couldn't have the K high..
He still checked on the turn when the A came out, so bet ahead. Maybe he had pockets too, like 88-JJ.
You showed weakness, so he made a weak bet on the river.. Atleast call that.

Your raises in the hand are to good amounts once we take the bettor's stack size into account. (The preflop raise is really aimed at the blinds and the flop raise is aimed at the SB.)

I think the turn check is okay, but I would have called the relatively small river bet, expecting to lose but hoping to see 9s9c or something (or even just 9d9c). You controlled the pot size and induced a bluff, so I think you might as well call that smallish river bet and see if a bluff is in fact what it was.

oh also, comments on the hand:

reraise more pf, raise a lot more on the flop, and fold after the turn. I'm thinking you really might have been beat on the flop after seeing his river bet. People take very very weird lines a lot in 25NL, a lot of people LOVE to slowplay. I don't think you're good on the river enough ever to justify a call
